1. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before they have been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nainycare.com or call +91 8218792029 with your order details.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
2. Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns for eligible items that are in their original, unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 3 working days from the delivery date.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@nainycare.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 4-5 business days after the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, such as opened or used baby items, are not eligible for return or refund. These products include, but are not limited to, used bedding, opened personal care items, and custom orders.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@nainycare.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and either replace the item or offer a full refund as per our discretion.
